Over 700 qualified participants attended
one of the best trade show and education events in
recent history at the Nia Center, Kalhari Resort in
Sandusky, Ohio.
Exhibitors and attendees were equally
pleased with the three-day event, the first of its
kind for the newly merged OPGMA. Aside from over 40
successful educational sessions, and trade show full
of hundreds of business solutions for growers and
marketers, the highlight was Tuesday night's Celebration
Reception marking one year since the merger.
Attendees enjoyed networking, combing-over
historical artifacts and photos as well as a video
hightlighting people and events over the last 30 years.
Past Presidents were recognized and Bernie Erven was
honored as the first OPGMA Distinguished Service Award
recipient.
